As Delivery Manager for Snowflake Migration Program, you will:
Understand the migration scope and Create project plan for implementation.
Identify dependencies between the phases / internal / external systems / projects.
Schedule and conduct IT stakeholders and Business meetings.
Create Change management plan.
Create the training plan.
Establish governance.
Drive the internal team to adhere to the project timeline.
Facilitate the demo to the clients.
Perform periodic risk assessment.
Co-ordinate with the client team on the testing schedules and trainings
Seek sign-off for all the milestones.
Prepare weekly / Monthly/ quarterly deck as necessary for the client / leadership meetings
Required Skills:
MUST have: Snowflake Migration Experience
MUST have: Healthcare background.
MUST have: Project Management experience.
MUST have: Waterfall execution model.
Certification: PMI PMP certified
