We are looking for candidates who possess the ability to think both creatively and analytically. Agile Content Studio duties include producing and publishing content, writing, editing and proofreading, formulating content strategies and managing a content team, among other tasks.
The candidate should be comfortable finding creative ways of building an online presence, as well as using analytics in the formulation of a content strategy. Here, content is defined as multimedia articles, social and blog posts, images or videos that aid in fostering engagement online. The candidate should possess the ability to think platform up and consumer first.
As a Multimedia Designer – Agile Content Studio, you are responsible for the conceptualizing and designing of digital content across a variety of asset types. This role will partner closely with the Agile Studio content creators and collaborate with the media team to deliver high-quality agile digital content. This role will allow for ample autonomy to shape the various types of content that is served up to our multiple audiences. This Multimedia Designer will be responsible for the development of all agile content and ensure timely and quality delivery of said content..
Candidates for this role enjoy the considerations of aesthetics, visual communication flow, the golden ratio, the rule of thirds (how the user´s eye recognizes good layout), color, and typography including how these design tools can be used to create compelling marketing content – regionally and globally. You will be an active member of the Publicis Content Product, Brand & Creative Team.
In addition to the Brand & Creative Team and Product Marketing Team, you will collaborate regularly with the other practices and entities within Publicis Group
When creating Client brand assets you should:
Have a desire to merge knowledge and experience with business and art.
Work independently on “design only” projects
Producecontent for social media using different formats across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube
Take care of a project from the concept phase to the realization phase
Consider the information architecture to ensure relevance, accessibility, and users´ visual processing abilities.
Leverage emotion to create memorable, visual impact.
Ensure that brand positioning and usability go hand in hand.

Overall, the goal of this role is to bring our clients’ brands to life for consumers through audio-visual media. An understanding of various needs across different marketing platforms, especially digital, and the needs of differing audiences will be key to success.
Responsibilities

Designing and producing online content, includingbut not limited to visuals and videos.
Perform Video Editing & Animation
Collaborating withthe Agile Studioto ensure that all designs align with the brand image
Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
Reviewing product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement
Working from scamps or, on pure design-led projects, creating a range of cross-platform design work. Create designs that driveuser’s engagement
Staying up to date with emerging digital trends and culture and using these to make recommendations
Articulating andpresenting creative ideas/treatments
Tap into the latest social media trends and development in the social media landscape
Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
Designing comps, storyboards, initial graphic concepts, and final deliverables
Brainstorming and developing campaigns while working with clients on multiple projects at once
Collaborating and partnering with copywriters to ensure that both the copy and the visuals are in perfect synch to make the concept as powerful, vivid and compelling as possible
Assisting the Content Team to improve the Creative group’s technical and creative performance
Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members
Perform consistently against all published KPI's and scorecard objectives
Create content and design visual packages to communicate digital and non-digital brand messages such as social media campaigns, marketing emails, PR and print materials.
Ensure completed projects are high quality and on schedule to adhere to content briefing, production schedules and workflows.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within proposed ideas.
Collaborate with editors and other brand and creative team members to implement creative direction.
Ensure client compliance, process consistency and client quality assurance
Participate in new business pitches as required

Qualifications

Bi-lingual (English / Arabic) proficiency is ideal
Energy, a sense of humor and an open and a curious mind
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
Hands on experience using post-production and design software such as:-
Adobe Premiere & Adobe After Effect is a must
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign is a plus
2 years experience as anAnimator/Video Editor
Ability to design overall creative test assets incl. aesthetics, typography, color, brand, iconography, imagery, layout, and concept sophistication (Owner of the brand’s VBL – Visual Brand Language/Design Guidelines)
Work across asset types (static, video, animation); review existing content and identify how to pivot into “testable” assets
Comfortable challenging content strategist and brand team and asking the right questions to push work forward
Strong conceptual, composition, photo art direction and ideation skills – digitally native, understand what works in key digital platforms, yet able to think about the overall design and voice to break through anywhere
Well-versed in best practices for various digital social media deliverables – video and display
Detail-oriented – very diligent about keeping track of and properly naming files and versions based on the quick turn changes coming out of the daily check ins
Digital portfolio that showcases a variety professional design projects. The ideal candidate will have digital, social, web, and motion.
Basic knowledge of HTML and banner development
Critical Thinking / using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to opportunities
Ability to manage multiple creative projects
Bachelors, BFA, degree preferred, majoring in art, graphic design, or advertising
Experience working in an agency or in-house design department
Have a good understanding of digital design
An understanding of responsive design and how to get the most from design across all devices – mobile, website, apps
Consistently design to a high standard with target audience in mind
Keep abreast of current design trends and implement these into your own work
Ensure that design ideas are communicated clearly (in writing and verbally) to colleagues and clients
Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines with patience
Most importantly, possess a can-do, positive attitude and a sense of humour
