Senior DevOps Engineer

Required Skills : NA has a client in Cincinnati, OH that is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their team on a 6 month contract. This person can work remotely, but will need to travel to the office as needed. Responsibilities: * Partner with development teams to containerize Kafka applications using Kubernetes * Partner with development teams to design and build scalable, automated CI/CD pipelines using Harness and GitHub * Lead the effort to create and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) best practices * Lead efforts to implement high availability and disaster recovery for business-critical applications * Deploy and automate infrastructure/applications in on-prem and cloud environments * Ensure the automation infrastructure is properly maintained and correctly designed * Ensure that everything which can be automated is automated with simple, maintainable processes where possible * Contribute to the toolset vision for the configuration and automated deployment
