Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Description

This position requires an Agile Process Tool Manager to assist and/or lead in the following tasks:

Work with the Project Management team to create projects using the agile method in Azure DevOps
Manage roles and permissions for individuals to have the appropriate rights within the tool
Create workflows for things such as approval or notification when tasks change status
Work with the dev-ops engineer to integrate automated processes into workflows.
Create dashboards for team members to quickly identify status and metrics of a project.
Generate reports for upper management to identify risk of projects, resource utilization, etc.

REQUIRED DEGREE: Bachelor's degree

Required Skills/Experience

Experience managing tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira

Experience working agile processes

Must have a strong work ethic with good time management skills

Microsoft SQL/PLSQL

Knowledge of PowerBI

WIQL Editor (Queries option for viewing work items)

Analytics Extention by MicroSoft (Sprint and their history)

Worked with Restful API

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Extensive interfacing with customers

Managing pipelines as well as providing build and test reports

Preference given to candidates with the below skills/experience. Must also meet minimum requirements.

Experience in education data systems and environments is a plus
