SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Head to join our marketing team! As the Digital Marketing Head at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy, you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for growth, marketing, branding & lead generation. Digital marketing strategies are extremely important to our company's success, so your role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives. We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and various digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to design end-to-end digital marketing campaign journeys and bring them to life in the way of focused multi-touch demand generation campaigns, utilizing various platforms.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, marketing database, email, content syndication, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Must have experience in creating a new strategy for generating leads.
- Create and implement a digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Should have experience in paid marketing to look after our paid marketing activities (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn); having good experience in search engine marketing and maximization of ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Develop and execute the company's paid marketing strategy, including creating and managing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop growth strategies with the sales team to optimize engagement within high-value accounts.
- Perform in-depth research to identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Create, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across different channels, including but not limited to the display, search, paid social media (LinkedIn), industry.
- Helping to drive leads and online traffic with web-based activities and programs.
- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Executing digital marketing strategies across channels including email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Continuously test and improve ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Planning, developing and executive account-based Marketing Campaigns.
- Planning and carrying out webinar strategies, establishing (virtual and live) events to interact with target audience and generate leads.
- Track, measure, and report on all ABM activity based on Sales KPIs and success.
- Designing, building, and maintaining organization's social media presence.
- Plan, setup execute the demand generation programs to generate new leads and increase pipeline velocity through organic and paid marketing campaigns.
What We Look For In You:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in performance marketing, with experience of leading a team.
- Strong analytical skill, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Proven experience in paid marketing, with a strong record of accomplishment of success in managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Google Analytics
- Proven track record with account-based marketing initiatives, targeted vertical campaigns, or demonstrable success impacting pipeline growth.
- Understand sales processes and objectives of the accounts and work closely to define fitting marketing program to achieve their goals and grow our business.
- Analyze account strategy, set up marketing plan working closely with the onshore marketing leads.
- To support the creation and promotion of a set of ABM best practices.
- Driving maximum ROI from campaigns.
- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills.
