Role and Responsibilities

  • Partner with Business Development executives to identify opportunities with current and prospective clients
  • Engage with executive-level client stakeholders to extract business challenges
  • Establish a vision for digital solutions to solve client business challenges
  • Collaborate with competency team members to develop projects and solutions
  • Lead tradeoffs and pros/cons of approaches to addressing client challenges
  • Orchestrate the planning, estimation, and deliverables of projects that both achieve the vision and are winnable by BxA 
  • Confidently present cohesive solutions to senior-level stakeholders
  • Drive the kickoff and initial implementation of digital solutions to ensure teams are set up for success

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience crafting and delivering digital solutions
  • 3+ years of experience at a digital-first agency/consultancy, with a focus on sales,  project estimation, and delivery
  • Knowledge of key concepts across a wide variety of disciplines, with depth/specialty in strategy, digital design, software development, and/or digital analytics development
  • Expertise in methodologies including Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking
  • Deep experience with at least one of our partner products, including Adobe Experience Cloud, Acquia, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, and/or SAP/Hybris
  • Experience in commerce, customer data platforms, mobile, and other digital products
  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex, technical topics to a variety of audiences
  • Outstanding executive presence, presentation, and negotiation skills; the ability to inspire, engage, partner with, and influence senior leadership
  • Exceptional written communication skills; the ability to craft persuasive and polished proposal copy and written communications
  • Strong listening skills; a keen ability to listen for client pain points and unspoken objections, ultimately developing insights into win strategies
  • Self-driven; the ability to work independently, define a way forward, and solve problems with limited direction; proven capacity to drive results in an evolving and complex organization
  • Excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach to tasks
  • Digitally-savvy and well-informed on innovations, trends, and technologies
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred
