Description

Essential Responsibilities:

Coordinate various activities related to architecting, designing, coding, testing, and deployment for new applications on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
Collaborate with Engineers throughout the project life cycle to ensure timely Design, Build, and Delivery of application, infrastructure, and middleware components.
Provide oversight of task delivery for infrastructure service solutions, including network connectivity, server builds, storage, performance planning, and monitoring.
Coordinate with key delivery teams for Test Environments Management, Production Release Management, Performance testing, and Capacity Management.
Lead and provide direction for project planning and management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client specifications.
Manage end-to-end project management activities, including project status reporting, issue/risk identification, scope management, client and contractor management, and project documentation.
Present periodic project status presentations to the C-suite and PMO.
Assign and oversee daily tasks of technical personnel, ensuring alignment with established milestones.
Conduct regular technical team meetings to monitor progress and address project-related questions or challenges.
Provide feedback to the technical team regarding technical challenges and project timelines, communicating effectively with clients and involving management when necessary.
Ensure global integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 through its lifecycle.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience working on the entire lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
Experience in global integration projects, particularly SAP to Dynamics 365 transitions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead client-facing meetings.
Familiarity with Agile and Azure DevOps environments.
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with business stakeholders.
Ability to work in a 100% remote environment, preferably in the EST time zone.
Previous experience in large-scale initiatives, managing multiple systems interfaces.
Type of Engagement:
Contract with the potential for conversion to a Full-Time Employee (FTE) based on budget.

Stakeholder-facing positions onshore in the US.
Ability to work in EST time zone or adjust to EST working hours. (7:30 am start time)
Must have elite communication skills and be ready to hit the ground running in a dynamic project environment.
