Position: Dynatrace Engineer
Location: Miami, Florida
Duration : 6 Month Contract with Potential Extension
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dynatrace Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will onboard Dynatrace OneAgents across cloud and on-premises infrastructure. This role requires strong organizational skills to manage network zones and collaborate with application owners to define KPIs for effective monitoring. The Dynatrace Engineer will also train the infrastructure team on using Dynatrace and create executive dashboards for high-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
OneAgent Onboarding: Deploy and configure Dynatrace OneAgents across diverse environments, including cloud and on-premises infrastructure
Management and Network Zones: Organize and manage Dynatrace management zones and network zones to ensure optimal performance and monitoring coverage
Collaboration with Application Owners: Work closely with application owners to define and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for monitoring and performance analysis
Training: Provide comprehensive training to the infrastructure team on the usage and best practices of Dynatrace
Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain executive dashboards to provide clear and concise reporting to stakeholders
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Dynatrace and incorporate best practices to improve monitoring and performance
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in deploying and managing Dynatrace OneAgents
Experience with cloud and on-premises infrastructure
