Key Responsibilities
Being a key team member working on design readiness of the electrical aspects of a Client biomedical products
- Design and maintain Electrical schematics and Layouts for various client biomedical electronics products.
- Own and execute Design changes / ECO’s on exiting products
- Support development of assembly and test/screening processes for electrical assemblies and components
- Support development and maintenance of the BOM and DMR
- Support of troubleshooting and root cause investigations of electromechanical subsystems using excellent methodologies and thoroughly documenting the analyses.
- Author relevant documents such as build process, assembly instructions, inspection procedures, test protocols, test reports, analyses, and system documentation
- Support a variety of multi-disciplinary technical and process improvement projects of different sizes and scopes
- Analyze, test, and recommend refinements for DFx such as reliability, testability, and manufacturability.
- Support creation of DHF and release of documentation to quality system
- Manage and communicate assigned projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
