Roles & Responsibilities:
Ø 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in Account Research, Competitive Intelligence, Industry Analysis, and other research related activity.
Ø Candidate is responsible for individual contribution towards deep dive analysis for a set of strategic accounts and new logos.
Ø Candidate should preferably have domain knowledge on Life Science, Healthcare, Education, and Semi-conductor.
Ø Candidate should have experience in industry analysis, market analysis, and forecasting.
Ø Candidate will have to work closely with Sales, Account Management team, Marketing, Delivery and Domain heads.
Ø Should be an expert in leveraging the data and help draw critical insights for the growth in accounts.
Ø Candidate should be able to extract meaningful information through secondary research and convert that info/data into intelligence.
Ø Having a good knowledge of Digital, Product Engineering and Cloud & Connected Infrastructure service offerings will be an added advantage.
Ø Must be efficient in prioritizing the deliverables and managing multiple projects.
Ø Exposure and knowledge of various market research tools such as Gartner/Forrester/ZoomInfo etc...
Ø Should have strong experience using Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
