Job Description

  • Oversee the development and operations of the finance department in the company.
     
  • Manage the gamut of Statutory Compliance that includes GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, etc.
     
  • Look after payroll management.
     
  • Onboard new Vendors/Customers.
     
  • Review new financial policies and budgets in the organization.
     
  • Create and analyse financial monthly/annual reports to the senior managers.
     
  • Supervise the preparation of the account reconciliation.
     
  • Assist in forecasting the company’s cash flow.
     
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards.
     
  • Advise the Board of Directors on decisions concerning the organization’s finances.
     
  • Develop investment strategies to increase the company’s working capital for expansion of the business.
     
  • Create business plans based on the financial forecasts and the analysis of the company’s status.
     
  • Prepare the company’s financial report and monitor accounting records.
     
  • Support the organization’s goal by ensuring that its financial position guarantees success.
     


 

Requirements

  • Graduate (B.com / BBA / BMS) / Any specialisation into Finance.
     
  • Proficiency in using accounting software like MS Excel and Tally Software.
     
  • Good Communication Skills.
     
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
     
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
     
  • Attention to detail.

Education

Graduate (B.com / BBA / BMS) / Any specialisation into Finance.
