Senior Frontend Lead

The company is undergoing an exciting transition where we are moving from system-centric architecture to customer-centric solutions on shared, reusable components, flows and capabilities.

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Lead who can help us lead this change together with our front- and back-end developers, architects, UX, PO/PM, managers and other stakeholders.

We believe that you have been involved in this type of transfer before and have experience in, among other things:

• Support and coach several teams to build solutions according to target image.

• Design front-end architecture.

• Design plan to manage technical debt.

• Lead technology selection issues.

• Bring the team together, facilitate and ensure alignment.

• Define interaction between web, iOS and Android.

• Create strategic roadmaps and guidelines.

• Make decisions taking into account several dimensions (business, customer and IT).

• Low/lesscode platforms.

• Designsystem.

• Accessibility adaptation.

• Technologies such as Kubernetes, TypeScript, React, Microfrontends, GraphQL and component-based architecture.

• 5+ years of work experience as a Frontend Lead.

In addition to the above, it is advantageous if you have the following:

• Experience with CMS changes and DAM.

• Experience in analyzing performance, availability and reliability from a front-end perspective.

• Experience in app development.

• Industry experience in banking and finance.
