Role and Responsibilities
Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs for each position; design, refine, and implement innovative and proactive interview processes and recruiting strategies
Cultivate a positive candidate and client experience through clear communication and timely updates throughout the hiring process
Utilize Lever (ATS) expertly and effectively: review applicants daily, take decisive action, update and maintain complete candidate information
Conduct comprehensive candidate searches and build diverse pipelines through online databases, career sites, networking events, universities/bootcamps, organizations, referrals, etc.
Utilize Lever to build and maintain talent buckets, establish and nurture candidate relationships, and promote open positions
Actively engage with job boards, social networks, and platforms to engage talent and promote the Bounteous x Accolite (BxA) brand
Evaluate candidate fit based on skills, experience, and core value alignment/add
Shortlist and schedule qualified candidates for interviews
Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate communication
Negotiate, prepare, and present offers of employment to successful candidates
Ensure a seamless transition to the People Partnerships & Experience team for new team member onboarding
Generate reports and track key recruitment metrics, including time to hire, new hire source, and candidate satisfaction survey results
Maintain a strong understanding of the BxA story, our business, and our clients; evolve recruitment strategies to support company goals and objectives
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant program
8+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment, specifically within technology and digital sectors
Prior experience working in a fast-paced digital-first agency/consultancy environment strongly preferred
Proven success sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates, achieving or exceeding monthly/quarterly/yearly hiring goals
Skilled at conducting various types of interviews (screens, structured, competency-based, etc.)
Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment law compliance
Familiarity with recruiting-related analytics, metrics, and reporting
Proven success in identifying and engaging passive candidates for niche roles and hard-to-fill positions
Skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; flexible and readily adaptable to changing circumstances
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a sense of urgency and a commitment to delivering results
A keen attention to detail and accuracy; exceptional organizational, time management, and project management skills
Proactive and solution-oriented; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communicator with all levels of leadership, management, and staff to achieve desired outcomes and build strong alliances and relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Driven and ambitious, with a strong desire to succeed
A fast learner; proven success picking up new technologies/tools quickly and proficiently
Experienced using job boards and HR software, databases, and management systems (including ATS and HRIS); experience with Lever a plus
Proficient with Office 365, Google Workspace, Jira/Confluence, and other relevant tools
Experience managing relationships and collaborating across global teams is a plus
Availability to work 6:30 pm to 2:30 am IST on a permanent basis
