Senior Gen AI Engineer

Requirements:

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, Java, or C++.
Extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Keras, etc.
Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and generative models.
Expertise in NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, or other AI subfields.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies.
Familiarity with Devops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).

Experience:

12+ years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles.
Proven track record of delivering AI-driven solutions that solve complex business problems.
Experience leading AI/ML projects from concept to production.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in working with generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
Contributions to AI/ML research communities or publications in top-tier conferences.
Certifications in AI/ML, data science, or related fields.
