Senior GIS Analyst

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or GIS with minimum 7 years of relevant experience
·        Advanced working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise 11.x, ArcGIS Pro 3.x and extensions, ArcGIS Online, GPS technology, ETL tools, model builder and related geospatial software tools
·        Experience managing ArcGIS Online and/or ArcGIS Enterprise organization users, content, and roles
·        Experience creating, enhancing, and documenting ArcGIS platform best practices and workflows.
·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solution and testing requirements.
·        Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
·        Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability.
·        Prior railroad experience is a plus.
·        Ability to work independently and on multiple projects concurrently.
·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·        Experience writing Esri platform integrations that use third party APIs is a plus.
