Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors in Computer Science or an IT related field a must.
2+ years’ experience working in Datorama Platform
2+ years’ experience in building dashboards in Datorama Platform
Experience working in digital marketing agency
Experience in supporting different clients
 

Skills:

Excellent customer service & presentation skills both written and spoken
Passionate about the customer success and customer experience
Ability to build and maintain detailed requirement documentation and knowledge base
Project Management skills (agile, scrum)
