Responsibilities

The Senior HR Infrastructure Specialist will support the operations and maintenance of the client human capital technology stack. This stack runs primarily on AWS and includes technologies including ServiceNow, multiple databases, AWS services, Drupal, and containerization. Responsibilities may include system administration, platform administration, network engineering, and database administration. Tasks include

Set up and maintain application environments and databases in accordance with industry best practices and security guidance

Monitor, analyze, and tune system and application performance

Plan and support patch management for all applications, and apply patches to all system components

Plan and support application and platform upgrades

Work closely with security engineers to handle non-compliance and vulnerability issues

Assist other team members with research and troubleshooting of system errors and performance problems
