Description

Responsibilities

 

Define and document the integration architecture for the billing system consolidation project, including the integration platform, tools, technologies, protocols, and interfaces.

Collaborate with the enterprise architect, program manager, solution architect, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with the business requirements, project objectives, and architecture principles.

Design and implement integration solutions using Amdocs and TM Forum APIs, as well as other industry standards and best practices.

Provide guidance and support to the integration developers and testers, ensuring quality and adherence to the integration standards and patterns.

Manage the integration testing, deployment, and performance tuning activities, ensuring the integration solutions' scalability, reliability, and security.

Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues and incidents, providing root cause analysis and resolution.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring to the integration team, knowledge transfer, and documentation.

 

 

Qualifications

 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

At least 10 years of experience in integration architecture, design, and development, preferably in telecommunications.

At least 5 years of experience in Amdocs billing systems, TM Forum APIs, or similar platforms and standards.

Strong knowledge and experience in integration technologies and tools, such as ESB, SOA, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, MQ, etc.

Strong knowledge and experience in integration patterns and best practices, such as API-led connectivity, microservices, event-driven architecture, etc.

Strong knowledge and experience in integration testing, deployment, and performance tuning using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, etc.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of TM Forum APIs or other integration platforms and standards is a plus.
