Description-

As a Senior Integration Platform Engineer and Production Support Specialist in Integration (TIBCO, Boomi, MuleSoft) Infrastructure Administration and SRE

• Integration Platform:
o Install, Configure, Monitor, manage, and ensure the reliability and availability of integration platforms (TIBCO, Boomi, MuleSoft).
o Design and implement monitoring and alerting solutions to identify issues before they affect service levels.
o Perform root cause analysis for incidents, ensuring rapid recovery and proactive issue prevention

• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE):
o Design, implement, and manage observability solutions (monitoring, logging, alerting) to ensure system reliability.
o Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
o Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive measures.
o Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment pipelines and ensure robust CI/CD practices.
o Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to improve system efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
