Requirement:

  • 8+ years of experience in SRE, Production Support or related roles, with a focus on Boomi/TIBCO/MuleSoft infrastructure.
  • Install, Configure, Monitor, manage and ensure the reliability and availability of integration platforms (TIBCO, Boomi, MuleSoft).
  • Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment pipelines and ensure robust CI/CD practices.
