Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management and IT Delivery:
- Lead, manage, and oversee complex IT projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of IT services and projects by managing resources, budgets, and schedules.
- Apply best practices in project management to achieve operational excellence.
- Application Development and Rollout:
- Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and deploy IT applications tailored for our industry needs.
- Manage the rollout of new applications or upgrades across multiple locations, ensuring minimal disruptions to ongoing operations.
- Production Support:
- Oversee the IT support team in maintaining and troubleshooting applications to ensure seamless business operations.
- Implement preventive measures and strategies to reduce system downtime and improve overall service quality.
- Stakeholder Management and Communication:
- Document, capture, and prioritize business requirements in close collaboration with key business stakeholders.
- Provide regular status updates, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Cultivate strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Regularly evaluate the latest trends in the IT and Supply Chain/F&B industry to identify potential improvements and innovations.
- Advocate for the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10+ Years of experience in IT project management.
- Prior experience in the Supply Chain or F&B industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in application development, multi-location rollouts, and production support.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or equivalent are advantageous.
