Job Summary

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or a combination of education and experience as detailed below may be substituted for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
  • 5 years’ experience as an IT business analyst that includes both the development of high-level strategy, business cases, and formal requirements specific cations using methodologies and tools such as UML, ow charts, and data models. 5+ years of successful experience working in highly complex policy and organizational environments.
  • 5+ years successful experience with business analysis, process mapping, design of complex systems and processes, with a demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into solution requirements.
  • 5+ years of strong analytical experience in developing, implementing, maintaining, and upgrading complex application systems.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly strong customer skills interacting with key stakeholders.

     

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP, CCBA).

University Experience with Administrative Offices (Academic Services, Finance,

Human Resources, Research Administration, Student Administration, Environmental Health & Safety, etc
