Senior Java Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of hands-on experience in architecting and designing robust, scalable, and high-performance full-stack solutions. The candidate should possess expertise in Java and Python programming languages, React, and other relevant technologies. Additionally, a strong understanding of cloud architecture, specifically AWS, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and best practices.
Develop and maintain high-level architectural diagrams and documentation.
Hands-on development using Java, Python, React, and other technologies as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver full-stack solutions.
Demonstrate expertise in AWS services and effectively leverage cloud technologies to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (10 years) in full-stack development with proficiency in Java, Python, React, and other relevant technologies.
Extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure architectures.
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, with a focus on AWS services.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
