Senior Java / J2EE Application Developer

Mandatory skill set:

1. Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience supporting web
applications running on Oracle 11g and writing and troubleshooting SQL code.

2. Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience facilitating Joint
Application Design (JAD), Joint Application Requirements (JAR) meetings,
conducting design and code peer reviews.

3. Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience working with Java,
J2EE and JavaScript framework.

4. Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience using Spring with
Model View Controller (MVC) Framework, Spring Batch and Spring Web Services.

5. Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience designing and
tuning SQL for performance.

6. Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience using tools
including but not limited to Clear Case, ClearQuest, Application Lifecycle
Management, SQL Developer, and Eclipse IDE

7. Experience with Governmental Retirement Benefits and Health Programs
functions and processes.

8. Experience with Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira.
