Senior Java Software Engineer

About the job

+ years of experience as a Java developer for on-premises based applications utilizing Java 8 or newer versions and the supporting platforms such as Eclipse, Spring boot, code repository (i.e. BitBucket).

• 5+ years of experience with relational databases (Oracle, Postgres, mySQL).

• 5+ years of experience using build tools such as Maven.

• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins.

• 2+ years of experience and understanding of cloud computing.

• 2+ years of experience and understanding of Docker for containerization and its underlying concepts.

• 2+ years of experience with cloud data warehouse such as Big Query.

• 2+ years of experience with cloud containerization technology such as GKE.

• 2+ years of experience with application management tools such as JIRA.

• 2+ years of experience in microservices development and REST-based architecture.

• 1+ years of experience with Argo for CI/CD and Workflow orchestration. Not a must have, but a nice to have.
