Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer with CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification to design, develop, and implement Pega applications. As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring Pega systems, and ensuring the successful delivery of Pega-based solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Pega best practices and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and define system requirements.
• Design and develop Pega applications based on business requirements.
• Configure and customize Pega applications using PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC).
• Implement best practices and ensure Pega application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Pega applications.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure the quality and integrity of Pega solutions.
• Keep up to date with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends.
  
   

Qualifications

 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification is required.
• Proven experience as a Pega Developer with hands-on experience in Pega PRPC.
• Strong understanding of Pega best practices, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) and related technologies.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
