Required Qualifications

 

• 15 plus years of software engineering experience
• 5 plus years of Selenium Development Experience
• 5 plus years of Cucumber Development Experience
• 5 plus years of Gherkin Development Experience
  
   

Preferred Qualifications: 

 

• Ideal candidate also has experience in Technologies involved in the project like Oracle, Java/J2EE, XML, Spring Boot. Experience with enterprise level Case Management & Reporting solutions desired.
• 10 plus years of Selenium development experience
• 5 plus years of experience with databases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL server, or Teradata
• 5 plus years of RESTful or SOAP web services
• 2 plus years of risk and regulatory compliance experience

• Should be self-organized and cross functional. The team is cross trained to be able to do what all others do.
• Needs to be a self-starter able to help others and ask for help if needed.
• Able to test API's, functional and non-functional.
• This is a technical position, not a manual tester, we do automated testing.
• This person will be responsible for testing API's, functional and non-functional. As a Lead, should be a good talent who can fill the gaps. Will peer review code.
• Go to a stand up meeting and provide updates.
• Go into retrospectives, grooming and planning sessions. Work on a 2 week Agile sprint schedule.
• Shashi doesn't delegate work, he assigns them teams and they'll be responsible for the work inside of the team.
• This is his most advanced team with the best talent he's hired so far. Shashi will support and help train as needed. Shashi is evangelizing the importance of this position across the organization.
• Team handles workflow management for financial crime investigations and money laundering. Creates applications for internal users to look through a queue of items, investigate, and file regulatory filings. RTM is application manager.
• There are 3 other managers with 1 on the West Coast and 1 in India. Group of 35 to 50 people split into 5 Agile teams. 3 teams in US, 2 teams in India. About 9 people per team, 8 engineers and 1 SDET.
• Many of group is based in Summit. Will participate in Agile ceremonies on set days in the office. Will pick up and assign work and cover work across the team. Must come prepared to meetings and enter work in Jira.
