Resource: Senior-level MDG expert resource
Timing: Immediate
Location: Remote (majority of the work for MDG is being performed in India with the team working noon-9 pm IST so the resource should try to align to this work schedule)
Citizenship: US preferred but not required

Required skill set: S/4HANA MDG 2021 SP00
·        Tangible experience in design, implementation, and optimization in the area of MDG
·        Practical experience in troubleshooting/root cause analysis of problems in this arena as the customer uses MDG as a hub deployment to manage customer, supplier, and material master data.
o  Note, since Boeing limits access to their environments, the resource who is assisting with this item will need to be able to attend live share sessions while the team debugs the issue.
·        Experience in leveraging best practices to eliminate bottlenecks and improve overall processing performance
o  i.e. technical acumen to conduct ABAP performance analysis, system trace, technical/application log analysis, etc.
·        Requisite experience in relevant areas of SAP S/4HANA, cross-system, and cross-module integration

High-level description of the issue the team is working on:
·        There is a replication issue that relates to an Order Block, Delivery Block and Billing block where the values are not replicating from the MDG test system to the related S4 System. 
·        System performance is not optimum so there are concerns that the coding logic may need to be investigated to see if values are being reset or are not being read properly to send what is needed between the environments. (The resource who will address this issue needs to be techno-functional.)
