8+ years of hands-on experience in Mainframe development, with a focus on Property and Casualty Insurance.
Expertise in Policy Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Mainframe technologies, including COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
In-depth understanding of Property and Casualty Insurance domain processes and requirements.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
