Job Description:

Pay Range $45hr - $50hr

  • Seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience.
  • Must be an independent performer with strong technical skills in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, IT Service Management, and IBM Mainframe Utilities.
  • It is desirable for the candidate to have domain skill experience in Banking.
  • Providing technical guidance and support, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Involvement in code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and able to perform tasks independently, directly interacting with clients.
  • Good communication skills.

Experience:

  • 5-10 years.

Skills:

  • Mainframe COBOL.
  • CICS, VSAM.
  • IBM utilities.

Nice To Have:

  • Banking and Finance domain experience.
