Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop, execute and optimize comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive customer acquisition.
- Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across channels like email, social media, third party listing platforms (TrustRadius, Capterra, G2 etc.), and online webinars.
- Designing & automating email marketing campaigns using advanced features of Marketo and similar tools
- Leading the technical implementation of marketing automation workflows & strategies to align with business objectives
- Manage campaign execution, including A/B testing, lead nurturing, and lead scoring.
- Designing, implementing, & monitoring KPI dashboards to track marketing campaign performance
- Conducting deep analysis of marketing campaign metrics using advanced tools & frameworks to generate actionable insights & strategies
- Manage and deliver on the key acquisition metrics on Web and Social (Google, LinkedIn, Etc.)
- Work closely with leadership and sales team to drive revenue (subscription revenue and transaction volume) and optimize revenue funnels
- Support customer marketing efforts to drive platform adoption and cross-sell and up-sell of products
- Collaborate with external agencies to enhance marketing efforts and increase reach
- Support all your marketing activities with solid financial and performance analysis.
- Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing and product teams to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers.
- Demonstrates commitment to the technology industry and staying educated on the new MarTech tools, innovations and trends.
- Hands-on execution of campaigns
Qualifications Required:
- 6-10 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on SaaS or technology industry
- Experience designing & automating email marketing campaigns using advanced features of Marketo, HubSpot & other tools
- Proven track record of successful campaign development and execution in PPC and LinkedIn paid social campaigns.
- Understanding of the relationship between a marketing automation platform & Salesforce, regarding how campaigns/data is synced, as well as the field mapping processes
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot, Hootsuite, Marketo, SEMrush, etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology integrations, analytics, & automation tool
- Tech startup experience is good to have
- Marketing experience in BPO, contact center software, digital customer service or related industry is preferable
