Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and ITIL, preferably using Service Now – Incidents, Tasks, Problems, Knowledge, CMDB, Reporting, Dashboards. Proven ability to manage support and request tickets within SLAs, and drive Microsoft support cases to closure.
Knowledge of Project Management, preferably using SAFe, Jira, and Confluence. Proven ability to complete projects reliably and with quality.
Knowledge of Networking and Security - DNS, Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD) including conditional access policies, certificates, firewalls, proxies, cloud access security brokers (CASB), single sign on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP) and identity and access management (IAM).
Knowledge of Endpoints, Servers, and Cloud – Devices, operating systems, browsers, Intune, System Center, Nexthink, Amazon AWS, Azure
