looking for a senior level Microsoft Systems Engineer to design solutions for its client base. The client bases includes hedge funds, crypto and Web3 companies, Airline and Industrial, Services and Educational companies.

This position requires a sharp, present, well spoke, client facing, technical individual who can not only design high level solutions but implement and serve as an escalation for support. This position is dynamic, exciting and fast paced.

At least5 years of Professional IT Service Engineering experience

Past Managed Service Provider (MSP) Experience Preferred (not Necessary).

Excellent Customer Service & Problem Solving Skills

Critical thinking

Excellent verbal and written communication
High level Proficiency with all Windows Operating systems (Windows 10 and 11) and Apple Mac

High levelProficiency with the Azure Platform, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Active Directory

High levelProficiency with Office 365, M365 and licensing

High levelProficiency with LAN/WAN/Wireless - Switches, Routers, Access Points, and Firewalls (Experience with Fortinet FortiGate and HP is a plus)

Remote desktop services

Network Printers and Scanners.

Cable management

Backup solutions

ConnectWise and IT Glue knowledge is a plus

MS Intune/Mobile Device Management

Video conferencing and audio/video equipment
