Description

Key Responsibilities:**
- Support and enhance LEO – E & T workforce development applications, including OSMIS, OSMIS Dashboard, Career Explorer, MAERS, and IMPACT.
- Perform comprehensive system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Evaluate new tools and systems to enhance capabilities and stability.

**Experience Required:**
- 8+ years in .NET development, design, and testing.
- 5+ years with Git version control, JSON, C#, and xunit.
- 2+ years with Entity Framework and Serilog.
- Preferred: Agile/Scrum experience and SAP BO knowledge.

**Technical Skills Required:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, SQL, JSON Serialization, Entity Framework, Serilog, Hangfire, Polly, NSwag, xunit, C#, JavaScript, XML, HTML, TypeScript, Web Services, CI/CD, and Scrum methodology.
