Bachelor’s degree with a major in a relevant field is highly desired.
Web application development experience with Razor pages is highly desired.
Healthcare industry (focus on health information technology) is highly desired.
Federal, State, and Local government experience is highly desired.
Minimum of 7 years of web focused, data driven software development using Microsoft .NET 4.5 or higher and SQL Server.
Minimum of 7 years designing and maintaining complex SQL Server databases, SSIS and SSRS solutions.
Minimum of 5 years developing web focused, data driven software development using Microsoft’s Entity Framework.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
Develop new and modified software code per business requirements that conforms to Commonwealth and HHSDC best practices and standards.
Maintain and support Laboratory Certification and other interfaces and systems used by the BOL through the following daily activities: system error monitoring and resolution, system code fixes, data fixes, and data validation.
Troubleshoot performance issues at the server, applications, and database levels.
Assisting all software build and release activities for the PALIMS system, Laboratory Certification System, Laboratory Web Portal integration, and other interfaces and systems used by the BOL.
Assisting technical support activities related to the transition from the PALIMS system to a new LIMS.
Assisting creating and maintaining technical documentation that conforms to Commonwealth and HHSDC best practices and standards.
Adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) established by HHSDC.
Utilize Azure DevOps for SDLC workflow and software code repository.
Provide status reporting conforming to intervals and standards mandated by the Applications Developer Administrator.
Complete weekly timesheet reporting in Vector VMS by COB Friday.
