Senior .NET Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with over 15 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is a Contract-to-Contract (C2C) role for a duration of 12 months, requiring relocation within the USA.

Responsibilities:

Architect, design, and develop advanced and scalable web applications using .NET technologies.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful deployment.
Implement best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and automated testing.
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and ensure robustness and reliability.
Mentor junior developers, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in .NET development, including proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, etc.).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, drive architecture decisions, and mentor junior team members.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
