Qualifications

 

  • 10+ years of professional experience in large enterprise with Datacenter and Public cloud
  • Extensive experience in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls
  • Solid understanding of network operating systems (Cisco IOS/Nexus os, PANos and AWS Networking)
  • In-depth knowledge of communication protocols mainly TCP/IP, routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and VPNs
  • Proven ability to provide technical support for network issues, network analysis, installation, configuration, and support
  • Strong documentation skills, including scopes of works, diagrams, processes, and test plans

     

Responsibilities

 

  • Drive overall performance and capability of the technical team through mentoring and knowledge sharing
  • Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, Palo Alto firewalls, 802.1x, VPN including software upgrades, AWS Network Support
  • Perform day to day cloud networking operations as well addressing Network related Tickets
  • Provide regular monitoring and network analysis for short- and long-range planning Coordination of third-party maintenance for network equipment and work with vendors for third-party support
  • Collaborate with other teams to assist and resolve Production issues
