Job Description:

  • Deploy functional wired/wireless campus networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN).
  • Monitor network performance and integrity to determine if improvements need to be made.
  • Resolve issues escalated from the helpdesk by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure.
  • Work with third-party vendors to keep the network running efficiently.
  • Communicate with network users to resolve network issues.
  • Maintain complete technical documentation.
  • Perform analysis and collect data to establish the potential for improvements within the NSU network.
