Senior NODEJS Developer

Job Description:  

We are seeking a NodeJS Senior Developer with a strong background in Node.js and JavaScript to join our team. With 10-12 years of experience, the ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of geospatial solutions to drive our business forward. This role is pivotal in enhancing our mapping capabilities and delivering innovative solutions to our clients. 

Experience:

Node

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Developing and maintaining web applications using Node.js and JavaScript, including writing clean, scalable & efficient code with Node.js best practices 

Integrating user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic 

Developing all server-side logic, including data storage to optimize website performance 

Integrating third-party libraries and APIs with Node.js projects 

Designing and implementing RESTful APIs 

Incorporating data privacy & cyber security features 

Implementing test-driven development and automated testing for Node.js applications to optimise the performance of applications for full-scale production deployments 

Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents. 

Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and bugs in Node.js applications 

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and scope 

Staying updated with the latest Node.js developments and frameworks,
