Job Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Apply software engineering skills to code and configure applications to support business objectives
• Collaborate with the Management team to develop, implement and manage software solutions
• Integrate purchased applications and maintain/improve existing software
• Mentor team members by sharing technical knowledge, best practices, and standard procedures
• Utilize independent problem-solving skills to develop solutions
• Participate in activities related to agile software development methodologies.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced understanding of Windows-based operating systems.
• Demonstrable experience in Agile development environments
• Demonstratable experience working with Node.js and micro services architecture.
• SQL, MongoDB, JavaScript, Vue.js

Nice-to-Have:
• eCommerce, Warehouse/Transportation Management Systems
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels from warehouse employees to upper management regarding technical and non-technical matters.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational & time management skills.
• Must be able to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and change direction on short notice in an effective manner.
