Description

 

  • AbbVie Collaboration Services is currently looking for a Microsoft Office 365 Expert, who is well versed in Office 365 and a subject matter expert in SharePoint, Teams space. This role will primarily support day to day activities in collaboration engineering space supporting customers’ needs for Enterprise features, Meetings, new features, apps, integrations with external platforms, services, tenant configurations, feature assessment and enablement.
  • Have minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology, preferable in Pharmaceutical or relevant industry.
  • Have Minimum 3 years’ experience in Office 365 particularly in SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Office 365 groups, Power Platform – Power apps, Power Automate, Stream .
  • Subject matter expert in MS Teams for enterprise team and customers using features in Voice, Conferencing, Collaboration.
  • Ability to develop , configure and run Power Shell scripting and automation of day to day activities, critical business projects.
  • Ability to manage, configure Teams call quality dashboards, reports, log analytics.
  • Ability to work in rolling out feature updates in Office 365 , SLC management.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in development of Add-ins , Apps in Teams, Mobility.
  • Ability to create, configure Teams policies for meetings, configurations.
  • Work Cross-functional working experience within and outside organization.
  • Work on projects involving modernization of any collaboration and platform services
  • Work with customers to troubleshoot issues, provide innovative and creative solutions to different challenges.
