Responsibilities:

Maintain a deep knowledge of technical products and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Research and pursue new business opportunities.

Identify clients' needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Provide clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guide their decision-making process.

Upsell and cross-sell our services to clients.

Ensure successful delivery by working with delivery leadership.

Ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or related qualification

Experience as a Relationship Manager, in customer service, or a similar role

Experience selling software services

Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pleasing personality

Good conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills

Leadership and team management skills

Customer-oriented approach

Background in program/project management is a plus

Education
