The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

Analysing, monitoring, configuring and maintaining existing systems and identify room for improvements.
Ensuring overall system and server uptime, availability, reliability and security.
Liaising with 3rd party vendors, IT providers, etc. for specific requirements.
Troubleshooting system/server issues or outages.
Installing, configuring, upgrading, administering & monitoring the database environment.
Monitoring & administering database systems.
Optimising database performance and perform regular server maintenance through applying patches and versioning when required.
Troubleshooting any database related issues.

Ideal Profile

Have at least 6+ years of strong technical experience with a wide range of technologies specifically Opentext Content server & Opentext Archive Center
Hands on experience on Content Server, Archive Center installation and configuration.
Hands on experience on integrating Opentext with SAP.
Should have experience in implementing Opentext 22.X, 23.X versions on Azure.
Experience on configuring Content Server , Archive Server, xECM for SAP, Brava!, Blazon and Opentext Directory Services
Fluency in DevOps, including continuous integration, continuous deployment / delivery, configuration, and containerization
Good experience and knowledge on Configuration and Administration/Troubleshooting of OpenText products.
