Plan and manage warehouse operations for multiple customers/products/industries in a shared facility
Overall end to end operational aspect of resource planning, demand and execution of fulfillment in warehouse setting
Manage and build robust and innovative process improvement initiative consistently to upgrade on overall performance of the BU.
Identify the risk and safety gaps in existing operation and provide proactive solutions to enable safe workplace environment

Manage and deliver on awesome customer experience and relentlessly pursue delightful service delivery.

Qualification
· A postgraduate/MBA in supply chain
· Minimum 4 years of experience in operations management
· Candidates from experience of managing fulfillment center preferred.
