We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Oracle SaaS GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Techno Functional Consultant to join our project team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Oracle SaaS GRC solutions and a proven track record in implementing and managing GRC frameworks within complex business environments.

Candidate should have some technical capability to extract Users from Oracle -Business Suite, Data cleans with help of Business Users

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implementation and Configuration**: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle SaaS GRC modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

GRC Strategy Development**: Develop and execute comprehensive GRC strategies that enhance the organization’s ability to manage risk and ensure compliance.

Risk Management**: Identify, assess, and monitor risks within the organization, providing recommendations for mitigation and control.

Compliance Management**: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards by developing and maintaining compliance programs and controls.

Audit Support**: Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses to audit findings.

User Training and Support**: Provide training and support to users, enhancing their understanding and use of Oracle GRC solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with key stakeholders, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure effective GRC integration across the organization.

Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements within the GRC framework, staying updated with industry trends and Oracle updates.

Required Skills

•            Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Oracle SaaS GRC implementation and management.

•            Proficiency in Oracle SaaS GRC modules, including risk management, compliance management, audit management, and policy management.

•            SQL & API knowledge to mass-upload data

Qualifications

Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in GRC or related disciplines are a plus.

Experience**: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Oracle SaaS GRC implementation and management.

Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Oracle SaaS GRC modules, including risk management, compliance management, audit management, and policy management.

Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management**: Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead projects and manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
