Senior Oracle Project Manager

Role: Senior Oracle Project Manager
Location: Oakland, CA ( ONsite)
Experience : 7+ Years

Seeking a seasoned project manager with 7+ years of solid project management experience for IT Oracle EPM projects.

The ideal candidate must have demonstrable project delivery skills
1. Proven skills delivering Oracle applications. EPM/FCCS specific experience will be highly considered.
2. Able to drive project from initiation to closure with smooth handoff to operations teams
3. Organize project work into Phases, Work streams and work with business, functional & technical teams
4. Track and report status on entire project, individual phases, individual work streams, milestones, resource utilization, project finances (incl. burn-down)
5. Comfortable with presenting to executives, sponsors, business leadership team
6. Proficient in waterfall & Agile methodologies
7. Thorough in maintaining all project artifacts – charter, executive material, RACI, RAID log etc,
8. Skillful in project plan creation using MS project
9. Create project dashboards
10. End to end effective meeting facilitation (Clear Agenda with outcome, next steps, publishing Minutes, track actions etc.)
11. Establish project governance & communication plans with clarity

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
· 7+ years IT project management experience
· Tool proficiency (MUST): Microsoft Project , Jira
· Certification: PMP (MUST – Proof required)
