Required Skills:

Seven years’ experience within the last 15 years as a technical lead supporting the implementation of PeopleSoft Finance, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable modules. Must have experience with the key data required for interfacing with the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable modules. 

All experience must be on a large-scale project, where large-scale is defined as a system having at least 5,000 system users and a total project cost of at least XXX0 million (defined as the total system development cost including planning, design, development, and implementation). Two years of this experience must be on a public-sector project. 

Large-scale is defined here is as XXX0 million one-time development costs or 5,000 system users.

Three years of experience within the last 15 years leading Agile development activities including sprint planning, documentation of functional specifications and acceptance criteria in User Stories, and planning and leading functional, user acceptance and regression testing.

Three years’ experience within the last 15 years leading technical troubleshooting and incident management processes.

Three years of experience within the last 15 years creating Technical Documentation, including functional and technical requirements, design documents, conceptual diagrams, user guides, and workflow processes.

Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. 

 

Desired Skills:

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Financial Management Experience Exceeding Minimum Qualifications.

Experience with agile development methods.
