Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the process track of work for creating a new work management system.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-implementation evaluations.
- Support the team in analyzing existing processes to pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive schedule in collaboration with stakeholders across various departments.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to encourage idea generation and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Closely partner with Change Manager to drive adoption of new tools and processes.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines through program planning.
- Work with the business to improve systems and processes through redesign.
- Gain an understanding of the architecture of processes and systems that support the stream of the business.
- Remove obstacles that arise and keep schedules on track.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on process improvement, ideally in a senior role.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-based decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Project management certification (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Experience in change management and successfully driving organizational change initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- High level of adaptability and critical-thinking skills.
- Customer-centric approach with evidence of strong customer service ethic.
- Self-motivated, result oriented individual able to work with limited supervision.
- Excellent communication, positive work style, and problem-solving skills.
