Job Description:
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the process track of work for creating a new work management system.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-implementation evaluations.
  •  Support the team in analyzing existing processes to pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive schedule in collaboration with stakeholders across various departments.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to encourage idea generation and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  •  Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Closely partner with Change Manager to drive adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines through program planning.
  • Work with the business to improve systems and processes through redesign.
  • Gain an understanding of the architecture of processes and systems that support the stream of the business.
  • Remove obstacles that arise and keep schedules on track.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on process improvement, ideally in a senior role.
  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-based decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Project management certification (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in change management and successfully driving organizational change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • High level of adaptability and critical-thinking skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with evidence of strong customer service ethic.
  • Self-motivated, result oriented individual able to work with limited supervision.
  • Excellent communication, positive work style, and problem-solving skills.
