Senior Product Designer

About The Role

As a Product Designer at Ideas2It, you'll work in a truly collaborative setting with engineers, product managers, UX researchers, stakeholders, and other designers to bring our evolving digital experiences to life. You'll create functional, delightful, and beautiful user experiences across our digital touchpoints.

We're looking for someone with a strong eye and aesthetic sensibility but are constantly looking to validate design decisions through customer feedback, quantitative insights, and evolving best practices. You strike the perfect balance between solving user needs, pushing for the most beautiful and elegant solution while driving meaningful impact for the business.

Responsibilities

Own all aspects of product design and user experience strategy/ lifecycle from end to end.
Work directly with PMs and engineers to define product specs and turn them into high-fidelity prototypes and mockups that deliver a delightful user experience.
Present designs, prototypes, and concepts to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
Take on ownership and steer the direction of evolving our existing internal design system.
Plan, organise and conduct interaction & interface design user testing.
Drive user research and deliver research outcomes to the product teams and the management.

Knowledge & Skills

5+ years of experience in Product and experience design.
Experience in B2B+SaaS (preferred)
Expert knowledge of the end to end product design process, demonstrating a command of product strategy, distilling the jobs to be done for a given user, journey mapping, wireframing and prototyping, user testing, and high fidelity visuals
The ability to craft beautiful designs and delightful, useful, and usable experiences; you have strengths in visual design, interaction, and product design
Experience using Figma to deliver mockups that can be shared with customers and converted into high-fidelity prototypes.
Experience partnering with stakeholders to develop strategy and reasoning behind design features.
You’re comfortable and passionate about working in a startup environment that will give you the opportunity to have more ownership over your work.
You can collaborate effectively with a small (but mighty) internal team of passionate individuals from various backgrounds
