Senior Product Designer

Job Title:Senior Product Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Work with PD partners to audit existing core experiences, capture existing norms and best practices, turn them into a library of documented standards.

Construct standards documentation that is clear and easy to consume for unfamiliar designers.

Give and solicit feedback from other designers to continually raise our bar for quality.

Partner with Designers across client’s business to align standards documentation with evolving governance processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience creating and documenting design systems

Applicable experience building scalable design framework in Figma

Demonstrated experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design

Familiarity with Atomic design principles (working with engineering to implement proposed frameworks)

Analytics / insights (dashboarding, data visualization, graphs)

Design systems in a B2B context (desktop oriented)

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with React

Familiarity with designing with data

Experience building Figma plug ins
